But along the way, she struggled to find her thing—that one purpose that combines what she’s good at, what she loves to do, and what benefits others. She often moved from job to job, not sticking around for long, either from boredom after solving the immediate problem or frustration from not being able to make a lasting difference. She has always believed that she could do anything she set her mind to, but it took years of searching to uncover the path that was meant for her.

In 2019, she founded Raini & Associates, Inc., combining her love for real estate, interior design, and helping clients build a home and legacy. This journey, marked by a relentless pursuit of her passion to build a more resilient and self-reliant world, culminated in the creation of Resourceful Raini—a platform to support women rebuilding their lives after significant transitions, guiding them toward independence and self-reliance in a way that reflects their true selves.
