Her journey has danced across the divide of academia and the tech industry, where she has experience with innovation, digital ethics, and the creative industries. Her prior experience as a technology industry strategist working with senior leaders and leadership teams at some of the world’s most recognisable businesses, governments of several nations, and intergovernmental organisations means that she understands the pressures high-performing leaders and teams are facing today. 

As an ICF certified coach and Mental Health First Aider, she empowers high-performing individuals and teams to navigate complexity with courage and resilience, drawing on her experiences as a cancer survivor to help people find "courage in the complicated." Because the world is a little complicated right now, and everyone could use a top-up of our resilience reserves; nourishment for our courage. This empowers us to find strength within ourselves and with the community to approach every challenge with fortitude and joy.
