Building Resilience to Pivot Amidst Personal and Global Challenges With Andy Clement

Listen Later

The pandemic was a total game-changer. When it started, no one really knew how to deal with it. The uncertainty it brought forced many to unlearn and relearn processes because things were not the way they used to be. Addressing this elephant in the room, Adam Markel invites Andy Clement. Andy is from Kimberly-Clark Professional, where he has held 18 different roles in various departments, ranging from sales, marketing, strategy, innovation, and manufacturing, to general management. Since 2019, he has been the Chief Customer Officer of the company. In this episode, he shares with us their experience with the pandemic and how his teams have been resilient in the face of so much change and disruption. He then highlights the importance of feedback as a tool and how the company had to learn to sell in the new virtual landscape, developing relations through conversation and creating a more resilient selling system and sales team.
