Stan Allen and Michael Meredith trace through Stan Allen’s practice as an architect, and how the body of work, although not necessarily coherent, is produced through three different ways of engaging with the discipline: building, writing and teaching. 

Stan Allen is an architect, writer, educator, and former dean of Princeton University   School of Architecture.

Michael Meredith teaches and runs a small practice with Hilary Sample.
