As we work on presence we realize that the core of everything is love, no matter the surface appearance. Nature is a beautiful way to be brought back to this. Sitting quietly in nature will always bring healing.

With presence we can also heal our past and bring healing to those around us.

Resistance arises on the journey. We will have to face our shadow with compassion, knowing that we are always unconditionally loved.

Many of us grew up exposed to some form of religion, where we were taught the concept of sin and unworthiness. Judgment occurs only in our own mind. In truth God is unconditional love. Whatever happens in this dream like experience cannot change that love. The constant, never changing truth of what we are is divine love, entirely worthy.

We tend to judge ourselves. God never judges, only loves unconditionally.
