When you spend time with your Biz Besties it is so nourishing and expansive and sometimes we just need that reminder to do MORE of it. There are so many benefits. Last week I went on retreat with Clare Wood, Denise Duffield-Thomas, Tash Corbin, Michelle Swan, Brigit Esselmont and Amanda Daley. It was the actual best.

I "met" all of these women online first and chat to most of them regularly. They are part of a much wider business friend network that I devote time and energy to - few of my business friends live near me, in Adelaide, so I need to travel to them!

Research tells us our social connections are one of the biggest factors in our long term health and happiness. Our friendship are a LOT more important than you might expect. Yet making time for business and personal friendships is something I can see some entrepreneurs let slide in the busyness of business and life.

Today I'm talking about why we need to value time spent on our friendships and social connections, the power of Biz Besties, how to grow your network and how your network CAN be a point of scale for you in your business.
