Susan has over twenty years experience working with small businesses. Ten of those years were spent as an owner of her own bookkeeping and accounting firm and another five years as Executive Director for a Micro Lending organization in Norfolk, VA. Carlson has also worked for KPMG Peat Marwick, which gave her the “big picture” of accounting.
