Owen has worked with numerous early stage and growth stage startups, helping teams level up their skills with regards to people management and leadership. Encouraging honest and candid feedback amongst teams, building environments of psychological safety and giving other leaders within an org a valuable insight into the delivery process of software.  

In 2021 Owen joined Timely as Senior Vice President Of Technology (CTO), Leading the amazing Timely engineering team to their next stage, focusing on team empowerment, autonomy and ownership.  Owen is currently a mentor for Startmate, as well as supporting teams through Creative HQ.
