  • Flight Attendant Burnout Recovery// 3 Tips to Help you get out

Hello everyone welcome to the Rough Air Podcast. You can now listen on 🎙️ Apple Podcast and Spotify... Links below.

Todays Episode is an about a topic I have never talked in my channel or the podcast. I once talked about flight attendant stress management but that episode didn't have the success expected. For some reason, I feel like flight attendants don't want to talk about the bad things that are happening in our industry. Many flight attendants suffering from stress and burnout and nobody seems to care. But I do care! I will continue to advocate for all of us and use this platform to spread the good judgment of what is acceptable or not in our workplace environment.

I suffered from burnout a couple of years ago. I lost my sense of purpose, I detached myself from the job and even though I was complaining I was not doing anything about it until I heard over a podcast that open my eyes and made identify the what was missing. This is what I did:

    1- I acknowledge the Situation

    2- I found the Source

    3- I took immediate actions.

Those same tips I will share with you today alone with some in-depth information about what work burnout is? what causes it? and what are the symptoms? so you can identify them easily. Thank you for the love and support. If you have any question, comments or concerns please leave that review on Apple podcast or over here on Youtube, it will really help this podcast to grow.

  • Best Airline to work for as Flight Attendant (PART I)

Hey guys Welcome to The Rough Air Podcast.

Today's episode is the Part 1 of a very amazing topic which is how can you find what is the right airline for you to work for. This is a very important topic and because of the length of the episode I had to divided in two parts. The reason most people hate their job as flight attendant is because when they are selecting the airline they want to work for, 90% of the time they settle for the first airline that gives them the first CJO, without considering factors such as Pay, Base or commuter policy. so here you are 2 of the 5 rules that you need to follow in order to know which airline to pick:

    1- Pay

    2- Contract

Base pay is the main factor that needs to drive your decision of accepting a particular airline job and contract is the second most important. So I really hope that this episode can bring clarity and help you identify that airline that best fit your lifestyle.
