The recipes are easy, you just need to gather the ingredients and do it.This is a beautiful and unique cookbook. There are menu plans and clearly written instructions for the recipes. And the pictures are beautiful.

The best part for me is the Bulletproof Coffee Recipes, I love drinking coffee and this book just gave me healthy recipe drinks associated with the diet. Recipes are all delicious with easy-to-follow instructions. I get to enjoy every meal and dessert I eat as I follow this diet without worrying about my health.

This is one of the most amazing cook book for slow cook that I've ever read! Only looking at those recipes makes me hungry. It's also amazing on how fast you can cook your food at the same time on a diet while eating healthy! It's easy to read so the instructions were made simple and at the same time easy to prepare. For this fast-paced life, we need to prepare food fast and at the same time healthy. I didn't know it was possible before.

It was interesting to learn about a new diet. I've been experimenting with a few diets in the past especially the gluten free diet and this diet is compliant with my own food restrictions. The book describes the diet and provides recepies. It's worth the price.
