Loved this catch up with Louise talking honestly about our views on "mum life" the struggles with finding a new identity a new routine while trying to still be sexy - breast feeding in-between, find time for the gym but keep the house clean...and spend time with the baby..and match the super mums from instagram. Its hard!! Louise owns a really successful dance school and being a type A person she did struggle with the adjustment and the "trying to be all things" before realising that you have to get a balance with it all...I know you will enjoy this and take something from it..that it's ok to say you need a bit of help, or that your doing the best you can.
