On this episode, we will talk about bullying. What it is and how it can be traumatic for many of us. I’ll talk about my own experiences with bullying as well as a recent death of a nonbinary teen that has been in the news recently. I’ll discuss ways to counteract bullying and how we can support ourselves and our kids when bullied.
