If your goals have to do with health/wellness, feeling better, etc., then you should be focused on training multiple qualities at the same time. This makes training after children difficult, but not impossible. Rob will explain how to keep yourself active and strong even as a parent.
The idea of injury prevention just won't seem to go away. Injury cannot be completely prevented. They happen no matter how well people prepare for them. Does that mean we just give up on reducing the risk of injury altogether? Of course not. The word "prevent" might just be the wrong word for it.
