Parents... we can't choose them, but we can draw boundaries with them.
This episode is all about navigating difficult relationships with your parents, learning how to accept them for who they are, and figuring out the best way to keep in touch with them without sacrificing your mental health.
Everyone's relationship with their parents is unique, but hopefully, by listening Rachael and Sam's stories about their parents, you are able to find something you can relate to and realize you are not alone in your difficulties.
As you listen to this episode, try to brainstorm some strategies you can use to work on your relationship with your own parents. Remember that your relationship with your parents is a constantly evolving journey, and that there's no wrong or right way to do it. Trust your intuition, follow your gut, and do what feels right to you.

How does the idea of apologizing make you feel? Vulnerable, right? Is your split reaction to save face and allow your ego to lead? Or are you open to apologizing with intent?
In today’s episode we discuss the power of saying sorry and taking responsibility for your actions, even if you didn’t mean any harm. Saying sorry allows you to take full responsibility for your actions, be fully present in the moment and guide you towards living authentically in all areas.
This one is for you human design manifestors, the fiesty, 'let's get it done' 9% of the population. Manifestors are often misunderstood because of their large aura, and they're also quick to anger when they aren't free to do whatever the fuck they want (which is what you are here to do).
In this episode, Rachael and Sam talk about how to navigate this not-self theme of anger, what it's trying to show us and some techniques to calm down when you're feeling out of control with your rage.

Join us as we discuss our personal journeys exploring our identity with an Open G Center (for you human design, nerds) or as individuals who aren't really inclined to take on a strong sense of direction or identity.
