In the quest of achieving more, failing, and going beyond, we often do not realize how our mental health gets affected. Burnouts are more common than we think, and it is not just at the workplace that people suffer from it, it is everywhere. However, the symptoms of burnout and depression can often be misunderstood, therefore, it is important to not self-diagnose, but reach out for professional help and take a step towards your own wellbeing.
