Leadership as a journey can become extraordinarily challenging, especially for women leaders. Women have broken the glass ceiling, and carved career paths in industries and fields that were mostly dominated by men. This journey displays their persistence and willingness to bring change for a better tomorrow, while inspiring others every day. In this episode, we will learn from the extra-ordinary journeys of women leaders who have inspired, and positively changed many lives, while also understanding how they take care of their mental health.
Please be aware that we will be talking about mental illness and the episode may include discussions related to imposter syndrome, burnouts & failure, eating disorders, low self-confidence and self-esteem, panic attacks, and more.
