Today's episode is a discussion with two guests, Jane Ruffino and Candi Williams. We talk about how common burnout is when working in content and specifically as UX Writers in tech. We discuss our experience, what you can do to help yourself and others experiencing exhaustion, and how you can involve managers to help you. Most of all, we acknowledge that there are systemic issues when working as a UX Writer or Content Designer that may be contributing to feelings of fatigue and depression.
