Burnout can show up in all areas of our life where we feel emotionally exhausted, lack motivation, decreased productivity, self-doubt, and or feelings of loneliness or detachment. 

In this episode, I cover various areas of life where burnout could show up including professional work, home life, hobbies, volunteer work, friendships, and extra curricular activities.  Sometimes we all need to re-charge, re-calibrate, re-evaluate, and re-member why we started something in the first place.
