Burnt Out and Over It

The annoying part of being human is the knowledge that we truly aren't invincible and that SOMETHING is going to take us down for a bit.

This week I get into the feelings of burnt out and overwhelm and not knowing how to get out of it. And while I may be ticked off that I just cant get myself to do the things that were once an easy habit, I KNOW, without a doubt that I'm going to make it through this and come out on top.

This moment isn't about giving up or giving in and taking a "loss". Its about growing, asking for help, and learning to give myself a few extra moments of love and grace and compassion. Then, coming back stronger and better than I was two weeks ago.

Burn out can teach us a lot. But mostly, it teaches us how to regroup, love ourselves more, and give ourselves more compassion in the face of uncertainty.
