In its context, the parable of the persistent widow is helpful in understanding how we ought to respond to injustice as Christians.

The Pharisees and scribes murmured at Jesus for the cause of receiving publicans and sinners. But Jesus explains in the three following parables how He searches for the lost and redeems them, with such a joy as calls for a party!

As prophesied in Malachi 3:1-4:6 John the Baptist preaches in the wilderness about Jesus the Holy Christ who can give a true heart repentance with the Holy Spirit!

In this sermon we see: The Focus of Faith, An Obstacle to Faith and An Example of Faith but the secret is looking to God not ourselves.
