Roambi Analytics Visualizer

Picture this: You are a salesperson on the road. You need to put a presentation together for a client. Your data is on Salesforce and you can’t get to your desktop to put presentation data together.

That is where Roambi Analytics Visualizer comes in. Pull data from .csv, excel, or other sources with the business plans like Salesforce. Then create graphs and charts to show growth and strength.

This app is Free for iPhone and iPad, but additional charges may apply.

Idea Flight by Conde Nast

If you have ever presented before, and you had to create outlines, it was always frustrating when people started jumping ahead. Heck, I did it all the time. So when Conde Nast came out with Idea Flight, I was pretty impressed.

Idea Flight is a presentation tool that sends out the presentation one page at a time. Once you create a document, convert to a .pdf. post it to your Dropbox, or place in your iTunes. Invite people to the presentation.

You are the pilot and they are the passengers. As you go in your presentation, send each page to the passengers. That way, they can look back, but cannot look forward in a presentation.

Some limitations, though. You can only have 4 connections on Bluetooth and 15 connections through WiFi.

The app is free as a passenger, but to pilot, there is an in-app cost. You can also get an Enterprise version for $9.99, which includes unlimited use as a pilot.
