A lot of people often ask me when did I let go of control and start delegating tasks to my VAs?

Well, realisation hit me when I was already burning out and overwhelmed that I just wanted to crawl back to my safety net. It was not easy to delegate tasks you spent time learning by yourself because as business owners, we have this mindset that if we do things alone, it’s faster.

But what I actually realised is that when I started offloading tasks to my VAs, my business started to flourish. I was able to gain more free time and I was even able to triple my business returns.

I’ve seen a lot of people treat their business like it’s their hobby and there’s nothing wrong with that except when you expect it to bring you money.

The thing with treating your business as a hobby is that, some days it will give you results, other days it will not, hence the inconsistency. And when we are inconsistent, we also don’t tend to commit.
