In this episode I talk about how practice can make someone great, exceptional, and fantastic in what they are pursuing! And behind practice you have planning, consistency, accountability, and sacrifice that need to take place if you plan on being above average. I say that you should not get disfouraged if you are not good when you begin something new but, through feedback, practice, counsel, and consistency you can become exceptional. Two books that you should reah are "The Compound Effect" by Darren Hardy and "Grit" by Angela Duckworth. The prinicples that these books teach you will have you understanding the process behind people who are elite in their field.

Go over the importance of training and why it's important coming out of college. Speak about the specific types of training at Paychex. Managing goals and time outside of your career, spensing your time doing things that you really are excited about after and before work. How to have more energy through vitamin supplementation and scheduling your sleep. Lastly, I go over company culture and the happiness and impact it has on my excitement whilst working.

I speak avout my childhood schooling and athletics, choosing community college over a prestigious school to avoid student debt, and how my schooling and joining the workforce were seperated by an amazing road trip.
