The Taste of Tourism Summit returns to the Culloden Estate & Spa in early March. Organised by the Northern Ireland Hotels Federation, it celebrates the very best of local produce right across the board. Headlining this year is the brilliant Tom Brown, a seafood evangelist, a regular on the likes of Great British Menu and Saturday Kitchen, and currently the creative force behind Pearly Queen in London's Shoreditch.
And...the old Londonderry Arms Hotel in Carnlough, has a brand new lease of life and a new name. It's now called the Harbourview Hotel and it's being transformed to the tune of £1.5 million by a consortium including one of our most experienced hoteliers, Adrian McLaughlin.
