DESIGNED as a Role play. It includes

Schulen für Erwachsene. Der Unterricht ist meistens am Abend und/oder am Samstag. Es gibt: Abendhauptschule, Abendrealschule, Abendgymnasium und verschiedene Abend-Fachschulen. Man kann damit einen (höheren) Schulabschluss bekommen oder sich für seinen Beruf besser qualifizieren. Staatliche Abendschulen kosten in Deutschland nichts.

Bei einem Asylverfahren prüfen die Behörden, ob der Asylbewerber bleiben darf oder nicht. Wenn über das Asylverfahren negativ entschieden wird, bekommt der Asylbewerber eine Ablehnung. Er muss dann gegebenenfalls das Land verlassen. Bei einer Ablehnung kann man sich auch Hilfe bei einem Anwalt oder einer Beratungsstelle suchen und Einspruch gegen den Bescheid einlegen.

Sie ziehen in eine Wohnung und dort sind noch Möbel vom Vormieter? Oft müssen Sie dafür etwas zahlen. Das ist die Ablösesumme. Normalerweise ist das für sehr große, schwere Möbel, zum Beispiel einen Schrank. Oder für Küchenmöbel wie Herd oder Kühlschrank.

Das Abschiebehindernis ist ein wichtiger Grund, warum man einen Asylbewerber nicht zurück in sein Heimatland schicken kann. Ein Abschiebehindernis ist zum Beispiel eine schwere Krankheit oder Krieg im Heimatland.

Wird negativ über einen Asylantrag entschieden, ist man verpflichtet, innerhalb der im Ablehnungsbescheid genannten Frist Deutschland zu verlassen. Kommt man dieser Pflicht nicht nach, wird die Ausreisepflicht mit Zwang durchgesetzt. Das bedeutet, dass man von der Polizei abgeholt und zurück in das Herkunftsland bzw. über die Grenze in ein anderes Land gebracht wird. Eine Abschiebung hat zur Folge, dass man bis zu fünfjährige Einreisesperren nach Deutschland bekommt.

You wish to work or study in Germany?

You are on the move or already there?

Well, good luck, finding a job when qualified should not be a real problem - in fact many to choose from.

But what about your German Language competences and skills? Happy enough?
