S. 3383, the Unlocking Native Lands and Opportunities for Commerce and Key Economic Developments Act of 2025

The bill, also known as the UNLOCKED Act, tribes to do business on their lands without seeking federal approval for each and every action. Leases would last up to 99 years.

The committee approved S.3383 at the business meeting. The bill can now be taken up by the U.S. Senate for further consideration.
