Dr Shilpa McQuillan is the founder and clinical lead of Berkshire Menopause Clinic, a dedicated specialist menopause and women's health clinic based in Henley. 

She is a British Menopause Society accredited menopause specialist, NHS community gynaecologist and women’s health GP. She is also the resident women's health columnist for the Henley Standard newspaper and Henley Life magazine.

Prior to this, she practised as a hospital Gynaecologist. She has been awarded the highest certifications recognised by the British Menopause Society (BMS), Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists (RCOG), and the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health (FSRH).

These qualifications and over 14 years of experience put Dr McQuillan in a unique and privileged position to provide the highest level of women’s healthcare, including complex women's health and menopause conditions.
