Episode 3: 'The Texarkana Phantom Killer' — Spring 1946. A small town on the Texas-Arkansas border gets 8 attacks in 10 weeks. 5 people dead, 3 injured, and one very specific MO: young couples in parked cars, attacked at night by a man in a white mask.
