Vision talks about your destination for all that you do. Mine is, “supercharging Food Security and Sustainability across Africa”. Walt Disney’s own is “To make people happy!”. Your vision is got to be clear, unambiguous, and detailed.
Your audience, talk about your market and who you will be offering your service or product to. There are more like your spectators and how satisfied there are with your offering, determine how much they buy. And because you want to be a millionaire, you got to have a sizeable audience that can buy from you.
Where are these audiences located?
You’ve got to understand your demographics while tagging it with a specific location. Your product or service offer have to be proximal to your market, else you would be producing for ghost. You have to take your business to were your audiences are to get the best outcome.
What will your vision cost you?
Your vision can be likened to a newborn child, everything that child will be to you, can only be manifested at adulthood. Hence, so much will be demanded of you will the child is growing. All those demands can be seen as the cost of a vision. These cost will be demand strong financial and time commitment. It does request for more.
What is the risk attached to your vision?
Every vision’s got its risk, and yours is no different. You have to be able to itemize all the risk associated with yours, if you are truly looking forward to becoming an agribusiness Millionaire. There are so much risk you have to account for.
Who will you be partnering with to get to your vision?
Your partners are your bedrock. They determine your growth and expansion. They also make or break your desire for finances. Writing so much here will not do as much justice to this topic as my 10-minute podcast on the topic.
