We began our entrepreneurial journey in 2009 after spending 25+ years as Sales and Marketing execs in high-tech Corporate America generating hundreds of millions of dollars in revenues earning multiple 6-figure incomes.

Our mission - to help NEW or Early Stage Coaches, Consultants and Small Businesses, COMPRESS the time it takes to get to a 6-figure revenue stream without the stress, overwhelm and costs of advertising, hours on social media and complex sales funnels.

We quickly learned that NO amount of success at the corporate level would prepare us for such an income level as brand new business owners.

After too many years of scrambling trying to get clients and build predictability and consistency in our business, we finally decided to get out of our own way and got some coaching help (every business owner, especially coaches, should have a coach!)

We re-examined WHO we wanted to help and WHAT problem we best solved. BOOM! In less than 9 months, we were generating 6-figures using our own methodology and have helped hundreds of small business owners, coaches and consultants do the same.

It all comes down to 3 core concepts - CLARITY in your messaging, CONFIDENCE in your offer and CONTROL in your business.

I'm not saying Brand isn't important!  But, there is a time and place to focus on your brand..when you're starting out isn't it.

Many businesses just run out of cash because they focus on their website colors or font type for a business card etc etc etc....guess what....NO ONE cares!

One of the biggest Myths being perpetuated is that in order to build a successful Coaching business you need to be a great coach!

Being a great coach will help with retention...but being certified up the wazoo isn't going to get you clients!

Just ask the 70%+ of ICF certified coaches who are making less than $50K a year.

Your Coaching business will succeed if you focus (first) on how to Market and sell your coaching and build your skill set along the way.

That doesn't mean you take peoples money not knowing how to get them a result...that's called fraud and usually comes with time in the BIG HOUSE!

There are ways to build your skills without putting peoples money at risk...but FIRST, you have to find them!

Ok, let's get on with this!

The question of should I or should I not Niche my business isn't new. In fact is probably the #1 question most new businesses ask themselves (though they may not realize it).

In the Podcast episode, I'll give you my thoughts around the subject, the myths you might be believing and how we actually evolved our Niche over time to where we are now.

Any one of these can cause havoc in your business. Listen in and understand why.

You can talk about all the Strategies you want. What we came to realize is that there is something even more powerful. Once you master this one thing, you will be able to make decisions faster (remember Ep6. Indecision) and be able to drop, with certainty, all the other 'stuff' you shouldn't be doing!

In our years of experience, we’ve see an awful lot of presentations.  Emphasis should be placed on awful.  Companies spend way too much time bragging on themselves and extolling their greatness as opposed to focusing on the meaningful ways they aid the interests and alleviate the concerns of their customer.

An interesting exercise is to make a presentation from the customer’s perspective, addressing information the way they are likely processing your conversation with them. Use the following titles for each slide and put information on the slide that answers that slides question.
