    This weekend I purposefully checked in with my body to see how she was doing. You know what she told me? That she loves me unconditionally. Always healing for me, growing, and working so hard for me to live my life out loud. Have you checked in with your body? Do it. It's worth it. Oh and that 40-60 hour work week. NO.
