I asked for mentorship and the open door to speak up in my next business adventure— God/the Universe answered!! And boy was that scary. However I wondered, why NOT me? I asked for the next business step and received it. For all business adventures, we all have that next scary step. Take it. And keep on!

I had been wanting to host a podcast for a few years but didn't know if I would like it or not. I got a nudge from the Universe, aka God, to try it out. I did and I LOVED IT!! But that's just me. This weekend I purposefully checked in with my body to see how she was doing. You know what she told me? That she loves me unconditionally. Always healing for me, growing, and working so hard for me to live my life out loud. Have you checked in with your body? Do it. It's worth it. Oh and that 40-60 hour work week. NO. Tell them no, because we are NOT what our work week is. BOO THAT.

Last night I watched David Attenborough's new documentary on Netflix called, "A Life on Our Planet" and it was eye opening. We need to do better as people, as humans. We can no longer sustain shallow roots of who we are. It's time to get real, it's time to change. And that time is NOW.
