It is used as a term to express how employers use benefits to keep employees from leaving or jumping from employer to employer. - This creates a false sense of security and keeps people trapped with their own fear so they don't leave because they will lose their benefits.     Most people don't realize there is a time when you need to quit pushing to be a business owner if things are not working out for you. There is also a time to quit growing your business if it starts to pull you away from the very reason why you started a business in the first place. This is just my way of reminding everyone to use self awareness as you move forward with business.
