Business With Welderbeast

Have you ever heard the term "Golden Handcuffs"? It is used as a term to express how employers use benefits to keep employees from leaving or jumping from employer to employer.

This creates a false sense of security and keeps people trapped with their own fear so they don't leave because they will lose their benefits. Listen to my life example of getting caught in it and then how I realized what was happening and ultimately broke out on my own and free from the golden handcuffs.

Most people don't realize there is a time when you need to quit pushing to be a business owner if things are not working out for you. There is also a time to quit growing your business if it starts to pull you away from the very reason why you started a business in the first place. This is just my way of reminding everyone to use self awareness as you move forward with business. There is no 'one way' proven path to go, and ultimately it is not right or wrong if you fail or success in running your own business. Make sure whatever you are doing is making you happy! This video is mostly focused on where I went and now why I'm back on social media.
