Seven years ago, Emily hit her version of rock-bottom––she was burnt out from working 16-hr days at a tech company, recovering from an emotionally abusive relationship, trying to heal her stress-induced IBS, chronic migraines, and muscle pain, and navigating living at home with her parents––again.
After years of trial and error and research, she developed a method that not only helped her de-stress and reclaim her time, energy & inner power, but has now helped other women do the same as a self-care coach, certified yoga and meditation teacher, and Reiki Master.
