Happy One Year to But Go Off Sis, The Podcast! In this episode Sage (@sagethesag) and Ness (@___simplyness) celebrate 1 full year of BGOS, and discuss their experience as newbie podcasters. Happy Black History Month, Sis! In this episode Sage and Ness discuss Black History Month and the woes of a Natural Hair. First of all, why are schools only teaching the generic historical black history and not recognizing Black History is AMERICAN history. Second, whew, being natural is so hard but we wouldn't change it for anything. Embrace those kinks or curls and that new growth sis.

In this episode Sage and Ness discuss their trial month "January 2022" and the long term effects the pandemic has left on them both socially and in work spaces.
