Martin Lloyd-Jones famously wrote, “The Gospel may be summarized in these two words: ‘But God.’” Pastor Ernest Daniels Jr. elaborates, “Those two words change everything. We were guilty - but God. We were enslaved - but God. We were condemned - but God.” Ephesians 2:4-5 says, “But God is so rich in mercy…even though we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life.” We were dead....BUT GOD!
