It's time for restaurant wars, y'all!  It's Top Chef Season 23, Episode 8, Restaurant Wars, one of the fan's most favorite of the year and this one is great.

Two brand new restaurants open up in a matter of hours and it's only mildly infuriating that they also have to do to-go orders.  Just kidding, it's the worst.  The two teams put up a great battle and it's a heck of a war, and one less chef will be moving forward.  What shouldn't move forward?  Any more plans for to go orders.

Season 23, Episode 7 of Top Chef continues in every kind of flavor in Charlotte.

First off there's a rocking chair intro from Kristen which leads us into our Cracker Barrel quickfire challenge with Guests from Bravo's Southern Charm, Madison LeCroy and Craig Conover.

It's country classics reimagined, or, something like that.  

Then the decadence is on full display when the giant dessert table gets rolled out and the chefs get to flex their sweet side.  Superfans get in on the action and get to act as judges and the varied baking skills are on full display.

We have a twist at the end as we start the preparation for... "Restaurant Wars" so you won't want to miss a thing with us.
