Hi folks. Been a looooong minute since the last episode I know....been dealing with some things, mainly my health. But, by the grace of God, I'm still here, and I want to talk it, plus other things going on in the world.

July 18 2021 was the last podcast I did. Lot has happened since then...ill give a quick update...

My pooch pal Capone passed on this Mother's Day weekend, I'll miss him dearly....also this world still going crazy amid this still active pandemic...

Chauvin found guilty was a no brainer but police shooting on black folks still an issue.....RIP Shock G and Black Rob..

Thanks for the memories, DMX. What yall think of WrestleMania this year? They had fans back in the stadium after a year due to COVID19...Paul Pierce WTF?
