In Episode 145, we're going BTS with one of my incredible clients who is sharing her raw unfiltered experience and transformation after our 90-minute akashic records & zodiacal releasing consult. While Alex isn't new to the spiritual space, prior to this session Alex had had minimal experience with accessing her akashic records, limited experience with basic astrology and no awareness or experience with zodiacal releasing. These sessions are designed to meet you where you are at!

Prior to our session Alex felt a little stagnant but couldn't put her finger on what exactly was causing the stagnancy. She was struggling to trust her own internal guidance and felt like she was seeking some reassurance that what she was feeling was real and could be trusted. Since our session Alex has experienced profound shifts in her day-to-day. She has noticed reduced stress around the deep desire to figure out her bigger purpose and instead is finding way more joy in just the day to day and living in the present moment because she could see the proof behind how life is unfolding for her. In Episode 141, it's my least favorite episode of the year to record. In Episode 140, my bestie Sam is back and we're exploring everyday swaps to live a healthier life. If you've followed my story for a while, you've certainly heard me talk about my proactive health journey. A few years back I started working with a functional MD and then did some gut and hormone testing along with the recommendations from my functional MD. In Episode 138, we're diving into how stress may be holding you back and you don't even realize it. When I first started seeing a functional medicine doctor they asked "how I was at managing my stress?" and I told her I had a great relationship with stress. I was literally bragging about how I was thriving in high stress environments. But here's the thing -- stress is the cause of so many of our health problems (which is a whole conversation itself) but stress is also actually making it impossible for us to vision set for ourselves! We're stuck where we are because we are so over stressed that we can't even imagine a future different from the one we are currently living. In Episode 136, I'm sitting down with Jacqui Acree to learn all about the science behind EFT tapping. EFT (emotional freedom technique) tapping is one of my favorite ways to regulate my nervous system. It involves tapping gently on energy meridians while acknowledging your real feel emotions helping to shift your state into a less stressed, more relaxed state. I've been tapping for years but never took the time to learn the science behind it and since recording this conversation I haven't missed a day tapping.

Now if you are completely 'woo skeptical' -- then you do not want to miss today's conversation. This conversation is way more science based than woo based. One of my favorite things about tapping is (like breathwork) it's literally accessible to everyone. Once you know how to do it -- you can do it anytime you need that state shift!
