I often receive messages from individuals who want to buy a house in Italy and want to move to Italy or buy a home in Italy to be able to rent out as an Airbnb / Holiday Rental. Recently I received an email that summed up a number of these questions from an Italian-Canadian thinking about purchasing property in Italy to be able to live in Italy part-time. In this expat podcast episode of Not Your Average Globetrotter, I recorded my answer to this email at a cafe in the streets in the small Italian city where I live.
