In this twentieth episode we interview Colin Stuart from Stuart Acquisitions. Colin started investing early by buying a 6 unit building as a college student.  After graduating he started working as an investment banker in NYC but quickly realized he wanted to go back to real estate investing full time. After only a few years in the business he owns and operates a 64 unit building with his partner Trevor.
