It releases stress, negativity, tension, and all unhealthy blocks in our bodies. Think about it, Children cry and just because our bodies have grown up we still have within the child and sometimes the child to be able to LET THE TEARS ROLL.....are you able to do that?

When I first was introduced to this topic by Women of Wisdom Lynda Kennedy I resisted it Angels, and what you resist persists, and that was so true for me, until it wasn't anymore!

How often do you resist YOUR POISE? And what I mean by that, is how often do you feel, or think that you can get through life on your own and you really don't need anybody to help you? To think your a burden,or taking up their time?

I used to feel that way and let me tell you that is EGO screaming SEPARATION loud and clear! Life is meant to be lived with each other, interactive and woven together. Men have their POISE'S and so to do Women! It is a tool to get through life.

As we move into 2015 Angels we have an opportunity and a choice whet er to CARRY AN EMPTY BASKET OR A WEIGHTED BASKET through this cycle of life.

Personally I have chosen to carry a EMPTY BASKET and that is by NOT carrying my Coffee Cup and Water with me everywhere, downsizing to a smaller purse, emptying out my closets and letting go of clothes I no longer wear, cleaning behind beds, chairs, back in corners that are not usually touched on a weekly basis or however you may clean.

It makes for one to feel much lighter, and more peaceful. And THAT, Angels makes ALL the difference in the world of how you experience life!  In what ways are you able to make your BASKET lighter? Are you willing to let go of things that you no longer use? Another thing I have done is clean out my wallet, threw away old business cards and information that I no longer need. It does make a difference!

I encourage YOU to schedule some time with yourself, maybe watching TV and go through drawers, purses, wallets, phone numbers, emails,  and see how you FEEL afterward! Take notice of that because that feeling will encourage you to let go even more!
