WHAT IS GOOD FAM! Unfortunately, this is not a yellowjackets episode :( BUT - we are HYPE that yellowjackets got an emmy nod for season two this year. Because of the writers / actors strike, (Pay them you cowards!!!) the Emmys are no longer airing today like they were supposed to - so we wanted to take some time and give some props to the people who work their asses off to make the shows we love and obsess over. Tune in for a discussion on the outstanding drama series nominees and let us know what you think!!!!!!!!

Season 2 of Yellowjackets comes to a close picking up right where we left poor Javi (with an epic intro by The Cranberries). Coach Ben makes a show altering decision and Nat takes up the mantle of the new leader. In 2021, the girls go on a hunt for old time’s sake and Walter takes on Kevyn and the Cuse head to head for his new girlfriend Misty.

The penultimate episode of Season 2 comes at us with a BANG as both Lottie and Coach Ben recover from last week’s episode. The infamous Queen of Hearts truly makes this an unforgettable episode in 1996. In the modern day, the Sharing Shack leads to a much needed gossip session turned sour by all of Shauna’s past mistakes.

BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ. For episode 7, Kathleen and Luke sub off, making way for Jimmy to earn his first cap with the varsity squad... and he came locked and loaded with theories. Did we have our gripes? Yes. But if nothing else this episode gave us plenty to discuss. Join us as we talk Bruce the G.O.A.T, sensory deprivation tanks, cliffside suspense, bad therapists, and much much more!

Yellowjackets . . . . . ASSEMBLE!!!!

The girls are finally together in the 2021 timeline and we are here for the all compound craziness to come. In 1996, we get back to the basics of high school health class: the miracle of life. With only three episodes left this season, it is time to start sprinting to the finish line of Season 2.

Team, we know you are just as bummed as we are that there was no new yellowjackets episode this week. So Kathleen and special guest Bingetown member Jimmy jumped on the mic to dig into some theories we've been seeing online. Some are great! Some are not! But all are fun! We love this show. Thanks for listening buzzheads :)

For what one podcaster describes as perhaps "the most pivotal episode of the series so far," the Yellowjackets squad is BACK to talk out all the chaos. In the 90's, secrets are revealed with deadly consequences and Javi breaks his silence... but leaves only more questions?!

Then there's our girls in the 2020's. Shauna doubles down on making Callie an accomplice (much to the chagrin of Jeff), we get to know Adult Van, and Misty draws closer to the purple people. Gee, that Nat flashback sure was weird. Confused? So are we!

Enjoy us (predictably) talk up our girl Shauna and breakdown the the long-awaited Nat vs Lottie in the woods as we discuss all of the new questions episode 4 brought us:

Where oh where has Javi been all of these months? What is in Lottie's cabinet? Will Callie accidentally snitch on Shauna and Jeff now that she is in the know?

Our sweet, sweet boy Coach Ben dreams of his "what if" scenario with Paul, the girls get over their Snackie hangover and Misty has her long-awaited meet up with detective Frodo. Hard to follow-up last week's wild episode but our hosts Luke, Kathleen, Dave and Btoms dive into episode 3 as we predict how the rest of season 2 is going to play out.
