Episode 1 - The Dive In

This podcast is about navigating through this entity we call LIFE and being mindfully open to the infinite perspectives it presents. It is about, as my dad always says, asking ourselves before EVERY decision we make, ‘What does it net you?,’ and then holding ourselves accountable for those decisions. It is about waking up everyday we are fortunately granted with a heart of gratitude, ESPECIALLY on those difficult days, and making the conscious decision of aspiring to inspire the people around us, whether we know them or not.
