Chapter 3: A Symphony of Fire and Anvil.
Todandic and Skaer venture down into the depths of Dun-I, on the way to the Grand Temple of Valcus. There, at the mighty forge, they must try to recruit the God of Earth and Fire, Valcus, while also trying to convince his most loyal servant, Coobz, to join their alliance.
On Dun-I, in the port city of Brile, Maloris and his new bride, Alyze Mertrand, discuss the events on the Isle of Warton and how to proceed, and whether open-war is upon them.
Derillius, the God of Intellect, paces around his chambers in Vorelsk, surrounded by his Archivists. He ponders aloud the events that shaped Dun-I, settling on the time when Dun-I was nearly destroyed by the men and women who crafted it. Eleven celestial beings came together in the void to craft something beautiful, something perfect, something that was there own. In the end, those eleven almost led to its demise.
