In this episode of By the Hearth, Dawna shares the importance of self-care in our pursuit to live a more conscious/aware life.

The Angels remind us that only by taking better care of ourselves and consciously managing our energy are we better able to respond to circumstances in our life, rather than reacting them. In addition, we’re in a better position to create those circumstances instead of simply taking whatever comes our way.

I cannot apologize enough for the quality of this video (or lack thereof). This was the first time I recorded to the Cloud on Zoom. It didn’t go so well. I’m thinking that I will record next week’s podcast on Facebook as a Live. The quality seems to be SO MUCH better.

This week’s message was all about balance, particularly at this time when things just feel SO off-kilter.

Many of us are feeling a heaviness of energy, a slowness. Again, like trodding through molasses. We’re being asked to continue being gentle with ourselves and practice ESC (extreme self-care).

These seem to be frequent messages from the Krew.

If we undertake a “personal improvement” campaign, we were asked to do 20% of what we feel is necessary and to practice it 80% of the time. Little actions practiced consistently are more effective than a lot of actions taken sporadically.

“Lots of little stones are just as effective at blocking the opening of a cave as one big honkin’ boulder.”

Change In Scheduling

There is going to be a change in scheduling, though.I’ve been doing a new episode every week (just like I did with The Pause). I do believe it has been my enthusiasm for the project and an in-flow of new guests that drove me to it. Given everything else that I’m doing (Currently: Alignment IS Magic and the upcoming Journey through Denise Linn’s Soul Coaching), it’s going to get to be too much. I don’t want to burn myself out. It’s for that reason I’m going to start releasing a new podcast episode every other week.We’ll see if that works better scheduling-wise.

She is attuned with level I & II Reiki energy and has also been attuned with the Starseed Masters, via Accelerated Light Healing, to accentuate her work with healing activations and energy clearings.
