It's no secret that the recent announcements from the Church regarding mask wearing and getting the vacc has sparked heated discussion within the membership of the Church. Spiritual manipulation, bullying, and ad hominem attacks have become commonplace online. Not to mention the "controversy" surrounding Elder Holland's remarks to BYU faculty.

What makes America so special? Was it ever truly a blessed nation? If so, is it still blessed today?

In this episode we re-discover the history of this land that we now call America and the generations of peoples that inhabited it. We look to the promised blessings of the Abrahamic covenant and the House of Joseph to better understand our own history as a nation. We'll also uncover the promises of God within the founding of the United States and what we must do to preserve them!

In this discussion we examine the last days prophecies surrounding the "times of the gentiles" (Luke 21; D&C 45; 1 Nephi 10,13; 2 Nephi 30; 3 Nephi 16; etc.) as found in the scriptures and the words of modern-day prophets and apostles. We compare these resources to current events.

Dive in to the scriptures as we study the origins of the Abrahamic Covenant and the last days prophecies regarding the House of Israel and their eternal destiny.  Let the scriptures be our guide as we compare the word of God with the current events unfolding in the Middle East today!

How would you answer the following questions?

Where did the Abrahamic covenant come from and what does it mean? How do the Jews and the modern-day nation of Israel and the surrounding Arab nations factor in to the last days? Why do so many Christians harbor ill feelings towards the Jews? What has the LORD said regarding latter-day Israel. How can we gather Israel if we have negative feelings towards the Jews?

In this episode we dive in to the scriptures and current events to learn what the prophets and apostles have taught regarding a last days apostasy prior to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ and how these things are being fulfilled before our very eyes!

What do the scriptures say? How are the "very elect deceived" and what can we do to make sure that we stay on the covenant path?

In this episode we discuss the church-given mandate revealed by the Lord to watch for the signs of His coming!

Are we seeking to recognize the signs of the second coming of Christ? What signs have been fulfilled? How are we preparing for the Lord's return? Should we fear the last days or welcome them?
