#BringBackOurGirls is a podcast about the 276 young women who were stolen from their school in Nothern Nigeria. These girls were lured into pickup trucks in the middle of the night on April 14th and driven towards Cameroon. It is now May 7th and the girls have been missing for 22 days. It is therefore imperative that we take action. This 'cast details steps you can take in order to aid their return to their families.

The 276 young women were snatched by a terrorist organisation called Boko Haram, who are known to be rapists and pedophiles. So, it is a matter of urgency that these young women are located and returned to their families.

Things You Can Do To Help:

1. Sign the petition which insists that the Nigerian government and others do everything possible to find these 276 young women.

It's my mission to eradicate all sides chicks. In 2014 we should expect better for ourselves and guys, you should know to treat us better. So in this episode we teach you how to diagnose whether you are a side chick and the guys let us in on a few tricks of the trade, which will allow you to recognise whether you are being played or not. Although, as a side chick you are a victim, there is only so much blame you can place on your 'partner'.

In all seriousness, it's important to take charge and learn to be without a partner. It's better to be without a man then to be with a bad one. After all, God doesn't bless no mess!

Mother's Day is the 30th March. So, we thought that we'd celebrate by listing all the weird and wonderful things that mums do, especially African mums. I'm joined by Jonathan from last week's 'How Not To Be A Side Chick or A Side Man' episode and Segun AKA @segnology (twitter.com/Segnology ).

My mum is one of the smartest women I will ever have the privilege of knowing, but there are certain 'mum' things that she does, that will never cease to be funny, for example seeing an ice cream tub in the freezer, only for me to discover that it's filled with rice and black eye beans instead of the ice cream that I was so looking forward to.

Or when your mum tries to learn the latest dance and ends up looking like a impaired goat. That's just never okay! loool

Haha, but in all seriousness we are very thankful to all the mums who have used their talents to raise us. This podcast is my obscure way of paying homage to that and remembering traits that make our mums, mums.
