Sandro joined a non profit women’s business center called WESST after learning about their impactful work with underserved communities in New Mexico, bringing a wealth of experience from his background in retail banking and market research. A first-generation American and son of entrepreneurs. Fluent in three languages, Sandro’s personal journey fuels his commitment to making financial education accessible to marginalized communities. At WESST, he leads the statewide microloan program and the innovative ‘Money Learning Lab,’ which combines human-centered design and financial capability training tailored for New Mexico’s diverse communities.
