The festival will run from June 10 - 28 and will present 13 concerts of contemporary classical music.

New and emerging music composers can experience the collaborative processes with top professional musicians, gain exposure through concerts, and work alongside other gifted individuals to express new art in various ways.Talented choreographers and dancers can attend daily technique classes, workshops, and rehearsals. In the process, guided collaborations between choreographers and music composers can shed light on the collaborative process and make it more accessible to the two different artists.

During the festival, dance choreographers from the Dance Co-Lab and music composers from the CNMF workshops will collaborate on a new piece to be performed on the final concert of the CNMF on the evening of June 28.

LAFP is a Kids Talent Contest where various cultural talents meet, interact and perform to exhibit their culture in form of art, music and knowledge thereby making it a multidisciplinary contest. LAFP believes every child is unique. Their success in school or life begins with strong words of affirmation, encouragement and appreciation in every little thing they do or can do. "

LAFP is an Annual Event which is conducted anytime between Sep / Oct at the Hindu Center of Charlotte.
