I believe that knowledge is power, whether through books or research, we can all know ourselves a little better. Even though I have faced many adversities in both mental and physical health, I feel that we never stop growing as people. As a journalist, we face challenges on producing content that people will read with an open mind, and want to engage in conversation about the subjects.
